Hey Mon, it's Agribition in Regina this week. Did you know that it's the largest cattle show in North American drawing thousands of visitors from every corner of the world! What better way to get in on the fun then to cook up some 'Jamaican Jerk Beef Stew'. I recall the first time I made it, I thought...'hey, I wonder how Jamaican Bobsled will work with beef stew. Let's give it a shot." My son Ben thought I was loco and was surely going to ruin a good supper. But given the ooohs and aaahs around the table, well, Ben had to eat his words!
